This agreement outlines the terms under which these “Delayed Pay Agreement & Terms”  are extended to eligible customers of (The A.P.Ex) platform. By utilizing services or purchasing products from businesses within (The A.P.Ex) network, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of ) “Delayed Pay Agreement & Terms"

“Delayed Pay Agreement” payment terms apply only to the following:

·  Services rendered by businesses listed on “The A.P.Ex” platform.

·  Products sold by businesses within “The A.P.Ex” platform.

Membership fees or subscription costs associated with joining or maintaining access to The “A.P.Ex” are explicitly excluded from the “Delayed Pay Agreement” and are due at the time of enrollment or renewal.

2. Payment Terms

·  Payment for all eligible services and products is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date.

·  Invoices will be issued by the platform or the individual business as applicable.

3. Late Payment Fee

·  If payment is not received by the due date, a late payment fee of $39.00 will be applied to the outstanding balance.

·  A $39 fee will be charged monthly for each full or partial month the balance remains unpaid.

·  No grace period is provided after the initial 30 days given.

4. Non-Compliance and Restrictions

·  Continued non-payment may result in:

o    Suspension or revocation of access to “The A.P.Ex” and all “Delayed Pay” privileges.

o    Denial of access to future business services or products on the platform.

o    Referral to collections or other enforcement actions as deemed necessary.

5. Agreement to Terms

By receiving services or products under this “Delayed Pay Agreement”, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms in full.
